Everything is possible – true to this motto the KIKU athletes met to get to know each other, to network and to swap experiences. More than 25 athletes are supported by the premium apple brand KIKU. Some are professional athletes, some do simply realize their dreams, all in common have exciting stories to tell. The ultra race biker Stefano Gamper participated at the TABR, the longest self supported road race in the United States, with no drafting and no support crew. Stefano captivated with his outstanding adventure as well as biathlete Dominik Windisch, when reporting about his emotions at the first World Cup victory. „KIKU supported me also in bad times, believes in me since ever. Now I am very proud to pay back this trust and support.“
Another special story came from the visually impaired skier Giacomo Bertagnolli and his guide Fabrizio Casal. Thanks to their outstanding teamwork, the two 17 years old skiers won the overall World Cup. KIKU supports as well teams in Handball and soccer in which teamwork is the key for success. KIKU is partner of the International Mountain Festival IMS since ever, and this year the KIKU Sports Academy makes its new entry during the IMS. The aim of the academy is to provide young athletes the knowledge and To Do’s for a successfull career, by presentations of experts for different aspects.
One message runs like a common thread through all the stories: Everything is possible. Whoever has the willpower to achieve goals, can move mountains.
